SETUP & PACK-DOWN
SETUP TIME
Setup will be available the afternoon and evening of Friday October 9th, and early Saturday morning. Your stall must be ready before doors open to the public at 9am on Saturday.
NO EARLY PACK-DOWN
Vendors must remain for the full day. No early pack-down without prior arrangement.
LEAVE IT CLEAN
All vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and tidy at the end of the event.
TABLE STAFFED
Your table must be staffed at all times during open hours. No unattended tables.

FAMILY FRIENDLY RULES
- • Event is all-ages - families and children welcome
- • No 18+ items visible on display or for open sale
- • All displays must be child-safe and appropriate
- • Violation of family-friendly rules = removal from event
PAYMENT
- • Invoice sent within 7 days of acceptance
- • Payment confirms your table booking
- • No table is held without payment
- • Unpaid invoices may be released after 7 days

Food vendors operate outside the second hall and right next to a seated area for people to relax and enjoy your kai.

KAI CONTRA FOR YOUR SPOT
We are asking for contra in lieu of payment for a site. This will be arranged with each vendor and help to feed our hungry volunteers.
